Frequently Asked Questions
-
You purchase a package, complete a design questionnaire about your room, and I get to work remotely — no home visit required. You'll receive a moodboard, sourcing list, and styling guidance you can shop and implement yourself, at your own pace.
-
Yes — I work with clients Australia-wide, entirely online. I don't currently offer international services, as my expertise is in sourcing products available here in Australia.
-
Finishing Touches is for rooms that already have their main furniture but need the final styling layer — art, lighting, textiles, décor. Complete Room is for spaces starting from scratch or needing a full new direction, including furniture, layout and colour palette.
-
Your first-round moodboard is delivered within 10 days of submitting your questionnaire for a single room. Bundle timelines scale with room count — 14 days for 2–3 rooms, 21 days for 4 or more.
-
No — the sourcing list is yours to use at your own pace, though a note on timing: vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces sell quickly, and even non-vintage items can go in and out of stock. If you love something, I'd recommend purchasing sooner rather than later. If an item does sell out before you purchase, I'm happy to suggest alternatives — this comes at an additional cost, or you're welcome to search for a similar option yourself. I can't be held responsible for items going out of stock.
-
Each package includes revisions (one for Finishing Touches, two for Complete Room) so we can refine the design together until it feels right. Need more? I can provide further concepts at an additional cost.
-
Some items I recommend are only available to-the-trade. If you'd like to purchase these, I'll send you an invoice, which needs to be paid in advance before I place the order on your behalf. Savings can be significant, and in some cases offset the design fee itself.
-
Yes — bundle pricing is available for 2+ rooms at a reduced per-room rate, with 6+ rooms available as a custom quote.
-
This is a fully virtual service — all purchasing and implementation are completed by you (unless I am purchasing to-the-trade items on your behalf). I provide the plan, sourcing and guidance to make that process simple.
-
My work is rooted in a specific aesthetic — modern traditional with vintage character, cottage warmth, layered textiles and collected pieces with soul. If that resonates with you, we'll likely be a great match. If you're drawn to minimalist, ultra-modern, or highly contemporary interiors, my style may not be the right fit, and I'd rather be upfront about that than deliver something that doesn't feel like you.
-
A few times a year, I release a curated collection of antique, vintage and sometimes new homewares — pieces I'd proudly have in my own home. These are announced on Instagram and shared via a dedicated collection on my website, so keep an eye on both for release dates. I also occasionally pop up at markets around Australia — follow along on Instagram and sign up for updates for locations and dates.
-
Each collection is limited and one-of-a-kind items sell quickly, so I'd recommend browsing as soon as a drop goes live if something catches your eye. Once a piece is gone, it's gone. Items listed online can be shipped Australia-wide.
-
I love a custom project! If you're after something outside my usual packages, send me an email — I'd love to chat about how we might work together.

Yes, I'd love to hear from you — email me or send a DM on Instagram if you're interested in collaborating. Please note I only work with brands I truly love and would genuinely have in my own home, or purchase with my own money. Everything I collaborate on needs to be fully aligned with my aesthetic and values.
I may not be able to respond to every offer, but thank you for thinking of me — if I think we're a good fit, I'll be in touch.
